SALISBURY, Md. – The wife of Salisbury Mayor Jake Day is dealing with drug and associated costs following a unlawful research.
Elizabeth Day, 30, is just a physical training instructor at James M. Bennett senior high school in Salisbury. On Friday, she switched by herself in the Wicomico County Sheriff’s workplace, where she had been arrested and faced with one count of attempted control of the managed substance that is dangerous maybe not cannabis, and another count of causing the healthiness of a kid. Both fees are misdemeanors. She premiered on her behalf very own recognizance by having a test planned for Feb. 3 in Wicomico County District Court.
The costs stem from a study launched after a study was filed Dec. 9 through the Child Advocacy Center.
Based on court papers, a 16-year-old James M. Bennett pupil told detectives using the sheriff’s workplace’s Criminal research Division in regards to a teacher, recognized as Day.
